ANNUAL ONLINE REGISTRATION (OLR) FOR PARENTS OF CURRENT DEER CREEK STUDENTS

Returning Student Registration is to be completed online in your Infinite Campus Parent Portal (link available at the bottom of this page).
Please Note: Only primary guardians living in the student's primary household
as listed in our student information system (Infinite Campus) are eligible to complete the online
registration process. If you have questions, please click here
for our Online Registration FAQs. You may also contact your school
secretary.
If
two guardians live in the primary household, the first one to start the
OLR will be the one required to complete it (to avoid duplicate
registrations).
Required documents if you haven't already provided:
- A COPY OF EACH GUARDIAN'S DRIVER'S LICENSE
- UPDATED CUSTODY and/or COURT ORDER
- UPDATED PROOF OF IMMUNIZATION FOR 21-22:
- Kindergarten
- DTaP (5th)
- Polio (4th)
- MMR (2nd)

***If you do not have access to a computer or scanner and/or you need to provide documentation, we have the necessary equipment and will be ready to assist you and accept your paperwork as soon as we are able to resume regular school operations.
There will not be penalty if you need to wait and use our equipment.***
STEP 1 > Log into your parent/guardian account using your existing credentials
STEP 2 > Access your returning student's "Online Registration" link in the bottom left corner
STEP 3 > Follow
the directions in the Online Registration program. Click on the
"submit" button once you confirm that you have responded to all
questions and uploaded all required documents.
PARENTS: PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS THOROUGHLY.
A copy of each Guardian's Driver's License needs to be uploaded with your registration if you didn't already provide to us.
STEP 4
> You will receive an "approved/posted" email from the Infinite
Campus notification system once we verify your application is complete
and we have all required documentation and forms. If we need additional
information, you will receive an email notification placing your application on hold and specifying exactly
what we need before we can approve your application.
For your student to be registered for the next school year, you must complete the online registration by MAY 1, 2021. All required required documentation not previously submitted must be uploaded in the APP before submitting.
